What is ‘Qi Relaxation Method’?
     Our Qi Relaxation Method is a tool which helps us relax by adjusting our Qi (energy) circulation
     in our body.  The principle this method is based upon is Traditional Chinese Self Healing, which
     has a history of a few thousand years.

How does the ‘Qi Relaxation Method’ work?
     By gently working with our breathing, mentally visualizing and focusing on the feeling energy
     creates as it flows through in our body, our Qi circulation system regulates, improving our
     health. Feeling relaxed is often the first sign of improved Qi circulation and the foundation of
     improved health.
     Our audio program guides you through the whole process of your practice.  All you need to do
     is to listen and follow our guidance.

What makes your ‘Qi Relaxation Method’ special?
     Our Qi Relaxation Method is based upon a deep understanding of how our body system works
     from a Qi (energy) perspective and how Qi works with our body, mind and breathing. This
     method is a proven and effective tool for relaxing. In the same time, it is very easy to learn and
     practice.

How long does it take for me to have access to the audio program?
     Soon after you have completed the purchasing process available on this website, you will be
     led to the ‘Relaxing Room’ page where our audio files can be played immediately and (or) saved
     onto your computer. If you have purchased both the audio files and CDs, the CDs will be
     shipped to you in two business days via the USPS.

Do I have support if I want to ask questions?
     Definitely.  Just contact us and we will answer your questions a timely manner.

Can I have my money back if I find the program not helpful to me for relaxation purpose?
     Yes. We allow a whole year for you to try it out. If you think that our program is not helping
     you at all with relaxation, you get all your money back with no questions asked. You have a
     whole year to decide after your purchase.

I don’t like paying online or if I don’t have a paypal account, how can I purchase the ‘Qi Relaxation Method’ program?
     You can email us at support@yesbewell.com to order. We can process money order or credit
