Most of us have full daily lives and have difficulty setting aside time consistently to devote to enhancing our Qi system (health).  To prevent our stresses from taking over our lives, it is very useful to learn how to utilize our near constant flow of activities to nurture our Qi (energy).

In these newsletters, I will outline a series of Qi Awareness Practices which can be incorporated into our daily routines--without taking extra time out of our days. Various elements related to health such as food/nutrition, fengshui, daily mood/happiness will be included in the discussions.

Great newsletter! Clear, to the point, relevant, interesting. It is the right length to actually be read in the course of a busy day. (And the skeleton dancer is a hoot!) Thanks! - Steve

Hi Limin, Thank you for including me in your e-mail  list. I enjoy reading your newsletters and print them for further reading,  further learning and practicing. . BC's writings are very thought provoking as well as entertaining, I love to read them. --- I think of you and the nice friends I made in your  classes and am looking forward to seeing you all again! Best regards,  Grace

Thanks Limin
You have done a great job. May I pass it on to my students?  Elizabeth

Very interesting newsletter; I'm going to print it and practice the "shower meditation." Loved your "fast food" story -- I could picture you all -- it was very funny. BC's "Be Happy" message is so true, so true - it is our choice. I read the food politics article you linked to - I hadn't heard of Marion Nestle before but I have read Michael Pollan's book, "The Botany of Desire." It's a fascinating read -- and you'll never look at food the same way after you read it. "Fast Food Nation" is another good book about food politics. Let me know if you ever want to borrow either one or both. Danee
